Anna is a writer, speaker, and neurodiversity advocate.
Anna describes her life is a series of contradictions. She received all As at A Level and went on to study English at the University of Cambridge, where she was awarded the T R Henn prize in 2011 for achieving the highest mark in original writing. She worked in corporate finance for a decade, earning a far higher salary than either of her parents ever did during their working lives. She’s a sparkling conversationalist and (you’ll be delighted to know) a phenomenal public speaker.
She also can’t cope with the most basic of household chores, never knows where her keys are, and was fired from almost every job she had before receiving her autism and ADHD diagnosis.
Speaking candidly about her life both before and after her diagnosis, Anna captivates audiences with a unique blend of personal experiences and professional expertise, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insights to her speaking engagements.
In her talks, she shares practical strategies for navigating the complexities of the corporate world, engaging in productive dialogue with neurodiverse colleagues, building a supportive community, and what professional settings can do to be neuroinclusive spaces.
With a natural warmth, Anna creates a safe and inclusive space where individuals can feel seen, understood, and empowered. Anna's eloquence and humour pair with the radically
raw and vulnerable perspective she brings, both challenging societal norms and misconceptions, as well as leaving audiences inspired and motivated to embrace their differences.
Anna has helped businesses make tactical changes and mindset shifts that unlock the potential in both their neurodivergent and neurotypical employees, increasing both productivity and engagement.
